Summer Buff® is the Original Buff® headwear made to be used during the hottest months. Thanks to its special Coolmax® Extreme fabric, Summer Buff® evaporates perspiration quickly allowing moisture to pass through while offering 95% protection from UV rays. It is the perfect garment for practicing any outdoor activity under the sun.

coolmax® system

A special four-channel fibre forms a transport system that pulls moisture away from the skin to the outer layer of the fabric. It then dries that moisture faster than any other fabric and thermoregulate the body.

There are different ways to wear it.

ultraviolet protection

Ultraviolet radiation, or UV, is present in sunlight. Sunburn is a sign that your skin has received too much UV. Overexposure to UV over many years can cause more serious health problems such as skin cancer or cataracts. Garments that are sensibly designed for sun protection like this one reduce your UV exposure.

Samples of fabrics are tested for UV protection by AITEX - Textile Technological Institute (Test report nº 2005AN5904) in accordance with the standard AS/NZS4399:1996 "Sun protective clothing - Evaluation and Classification".
